We provide event planning, interior design, and related services as per client requirements. Service details, timelines, and pricing will be specified in individual contracts or agreements.

2. Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment as per the agreement.
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service delays.
Cancellation fees may apply if a client cancels a booked service after confirmation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate throughout the service period.
For event planning, clients must obtain necessary permits or approvals if required.
For interior projects, site access and approvals must be arranged before work begins.

4. Changes & Cancellations

• Any changes to the agreed services must be requested in writing and may involve additional costs.
• If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with the client on possible rescheduling, but refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damages, delays, or unforeseen issues caused by third-party vendors or suppliers.
While we strive for the highest quality, we are not liable for any indirect losses arising from our services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that venues and installations comply with safety and legal requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

Any designs, concepts, or event themes created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce or modify our designs without permission.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and store personal information only for service-related purposes.
Client data is handled securely and not shared with third parties without consent.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
